Under the direction of an experienced exercise physiologist and gerontologist, The Glenridge Fitness Center takes a holistic approach to wellness, developing programs that address mind, body and spirit. With the goal of maintaining and improved quality of life, our staff can design customized regimens based on the functional fitness needs of our members. From cardio fitness . . . to strength training . . . to relaxation and stress reduction . . . The Glenridge can tailor a program that’s as individual as you are. Members who “stick with it” can find improvement in overall function as well as posture, flexibility, mobility and endurance.
