When it comes to sticking with a fitness routine, experts will tell you that variety matters. That’s why The Fitness Center at The Glenridge provides choices, including:

  • Aqua Classes – ideal for cardiovascular, balance, flexibility and strength without the impact on the joints.
  • Mind/Body – such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, and Restorative sessions – offers members opportunities to relax the body and mind.
  • Movement Sessions – Flexibility and "Feldenkrais" – concentrates on making movement easier and more efficient.
  • Strength – for members who prefer a group setting, utilizing various props to strengthen and increase endurance.
  • Functional Fitness Intensive Sessions – focus on maximizing function in concentrated areas of the body – Balance, Posture, Feet, Hands, and the Back.
  • Personal Training – one-on-one sessions, on land or in the pool, to support members in reaching their fitness goals.

For relaxation, we offer 30-, 45- or 60-minute massages in our comfortable and inviting massage therapy rooms. And, our massage therapists are also available to privately teach couples massage techniques.
