The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch is committed to creating a positive community experience for every member —
an experience that doesn't diminish if you or your loved one were to need healthcare services. Our Health Assurance
Program reinvents what is known as "life care" — by not only assuring access to on site short- or long-term care, but also by
assuring the highest quality of care in all-private accommodations.
Community members have guaranteed access if ever needed to:
- The Carroll Center, which provides private, Medicare-approved skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. The 34,349 sq. ft. center encompasses 37 private accommodations in three distinct neighborhoods — one for individuals undergoing therapy or recuperating following a hospital stay; one for individuals with dementia; and the third for those needing healthcare services over an extended period of time. All neighborhoods are staffed 24/7 by registered, licensed nurses and highly educated healthcare professionals. The Carroll Center has its own living/lounge area, dining rooms, activity areas, gardens and aviary, a physical therapy suite and administrative offices.
- The Highlands. Blending life fulfilling services and healthcare support, the 49,429 sq. ft. assisted living neighborhood provides 47 all-private one-bedroom suites and 2 two-bedroom suites, designed for those who need assistance with the needs of daily living, such as dressing, bathing or assistance with self-administered medications. The Highlands has its own lounge areas, living room, dining room and private dining room, activity rooms, beauty salon and barber shop, and administrative offices.
- Rehabilitation Services. With physical, occupational and speech therapies — along with state-of-the-art equipment — our rehabilitation services help members recover from injury or surgery.
- Memory Support Services. Specifically designed for those with Alzheimer's disease and related cognitive disorders, our private Memory Support suites will provide a caring and positive atmosphere for neighborhood members and their families.
